Grace grew up as a missionary child in India, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. As a young girl, she lived in the Hills of Bangladesh and grew to love the tribal people. She attended Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA., where she met and married Paul Roofner. Grace has been a lifelong children’s Bible teacher in the churches where her husband has pastored. She has never forgotten her tribal friends and she is now working to support the ministry of Children of the Hills, so future generations of tribal children may read the Bible and know God. Grace has been blessed with two children and seven grandchildren and she continues to teach.
