Paul grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Baptist Bible College in 1970 with a ThB. Since then, he has pastored churches for 48 years in Maine and Pennsylvania. In 2016, Paul visited Bangladesh with his wife Grace and witnessed the struggle that tribal churches face, where few pastors can read and most Christians are illiterate. God has given him a burden to help these tribal children in Bangladesh so that they may know math and reading and the Word of God. Paul and his wife Grace have two children, seven grandchildren and they live in Waynesburg, PA where he retired in 2020.
